With its beautifully shaped leaves and striking red stems, the Philodendron Florida Green steals the show. It develops elongated, incised leaves that grow close together and have a beautiful sheen. The new leaves are almost white before they turn green, giving the plant a consistently mixed leaf color. The Philodendron Florida Green originates from the South American rainforest, where philodendrons are true climbers. This Florida Green can also be kept as a climber; for example, the plant can be tied to a bamboo stick or moss pole. The Philodendron Florida Green prefers high humidity, so it's important to water the plant on dry days. This also removes dust, allowing the leaves to breathe better. Furthermore, the philodendron doesn't like being near a heater or in a draft. The Florida Green is the perfect plant for low-light areas. It prefers a spot in partial shade, out of direct sunlight. This philodendron needs regular small sips of water to keep the soil slightly moist. The Florida Green Philodendron can eventually reach a height of about 150 cm. Be careful, however, as the Florida Green can be toxic to pets and humans. Plant height: The Florida Green Philodendron is supplied with a height of 40-50 centimeters (measured including the pot). The pot has a diameter of 17 cm. They are very suitable as climbing and hanging plants, have a unique leaf shape with red stems, and are easy to care for.
